1) Principles of handling personal data

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We store and use the data provided by you for contract processing. In the context of contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), personal data is collected. Which data is collected in the case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. These data are stored and used exclusively for the answering of your request and/or for the establishment of contact and the associated technical administration. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request, provided that you wish to do so and there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.

For our own advertising purposes we reserve the right to store your first and last name, your postal address and - if we have received this additional information from you within the scope of the contractual relationship - your title, academic degree, year of birth and your professional, industry or business name in combined lists and to use them for sending interesting offers and information on our products by letter post. You can object to the storage and use of your data for this purpose at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below.


2) Passing on of personal data for order processing

2.1 The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery within the framework of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution as part of the processing of payments.

2.2 When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "Purchase on account" via PayPal, we pass your payment data on to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). PayPal reserves the right to carry out credit checks for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" via PayPal. PayPal uses the result of the credit assessment in relation to the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. 2.3 If you choose a payment method as part of Klarna's checkout, payment will be processed by the payment service provider Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. 2.4 If the goods are delivered by the transport service provider DHL (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn, Germany), we will pass on your e-mail address to DHL prior to delivery of the goods for the purpose of agreeing a delivery date or notifying the shipping status, provided you have expressly consented to this as follows: "I agree that my e-mail address may be passed on to DHL (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn) so that DHL can contact me by e-mail or provide status information on delivery before the goods are delivered for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date. I can revoke my consent to this at any time." Otherwise we only pass on the name of the recipient and the delivery address to DHL. In this case, it is not possible to agree the delivery date with DHL beforehand or to transmit status information on shipment delivery.

2.5 If UPS (United Parcel Service Deutschland Inc. & Co. OHG, Görlitzer Straße 1, 41460 Neuss) delivers the goods, we will forward your e-mail address to UPS prior to delivery of the goods for the purpose of agreeing a delivery date or notifying UPS of the shipping status, provided you have expressly consented to this as follows: "I agree that my e-mail address may be passed on to UPS (United Parcel Service Deutschland Inc. & Co. OHG, Görlitzer Straße 1, 41460 Neuss) so that UPS can contact me by e-mail or provide status information for shipment delivery prior to delivery of the goods for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date. I can revoke my consent to this at any time." Otherwise, we will only give the name of the recipient and the delivery address to UPS. In this case, prior agreement of the delivery date with UPS or transmission of status information for shipment delivery is not possible.


3) Cookies

To make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your mobile device. 4) Using Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

This website uses the Google AdWords online advertising program and Google AdWords Conversion Tracking. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google-served ad. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not expired yet, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can not be tracked through AdWords advertisers' websites. The information gathered using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.
